Citizens for Appraisal Reform (CFAR) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization made up of property tax professionals and taxpayers seeking property tax appraisal reform in Texas.

Taxpayers are entitled to fair and impartial Appraisal Review Board and Binding Arbitration hearings. When these principles are adhered to, both the government and taxpayers win.
